I want to tell you about the amazingness of homeopathy to turn a breech baby. I have used it personally on baby #7 and many other mamas have taken it. One remedy and the baby flipped into the right spot.
Usually, there are several remedies that might fit any given situation. If the one you think is well chosen doesn’t work there are others to try. Not so with turning a breech baby. There is only one. Pulsatilla.
That’s it. Suppose the breech is discovered while in the 2nd trimester, Pulsatilla 30c daily is often enough to help the baby see which direction is up. However, if the breech is found in the 3rd trimester, I recommend going to Pulsatilla 200c daily.

My experience
My 7th baby turned transverse, or sideways, at 37 weeks. It’s a little late in the game to play around. My midwife scheduled an ultrasound and an external version. This means she was going to use an ultrasound to guide her as she moved the baby from the outside. I took Pulsatilla in a very high potency. I took it one time. Within the hour I felt like I was sitting in the middle of an earthquake! My very pregnant belly was rocking and rolling!
The next day when we went for the ultrasound, the baby was head down. Perfect. She was born 3 weeks later at home without any issues, weighing in at 9 pounds. In fact, her delivery was my fastest and my favorite.
I have used this remedy many times with other moms with equal success.
Is it 100% effective?
However, I have also used this remedy many times that did NOT turn the baby. Why does this happen? Because with all our medicines and all our technology, God is the ultimate healer.
Jeremiah 30:17
‘I will restore your health, and I will heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord.”
Psalms 147:3
“God heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.”
Psalms 107:19-21
“So they cried out to the Lord in their distress, and God saved them from their desperate circumstances. God gave the order and healed them; he rescued them from their pit. Let them thank the Lord for his faithful love. and his wondrous works for all people.”
Trust the Lord
My daughter is due with her first baby in the next couple of weeks. We have known that her baby is breech since the midway point of her pregnancy. I reassured her that 1) she had plenty of time and 2) I had a remedy that would flip that baby. Easy peasy. She has gone to all the chiropractic appointments, done the spinning babies, walked all the curbs, visited with a pelvic floor physical specialist, sat forward and never reclined, drank all the water, laid upside down on an inclined ironing board, put ice packs on the top of her belly, put peppermint on the top of her belly, prayed, prayed, prayed, and taken the remedy faithfully. And her baby is happily head up.
If a woman has done “all the things” and her baby is breech, it’s because God has decreed it that way. We can find it difficult to trust in His ways. It can be sad for a woman to give up her plans for an unmedicated birth. Nonetheless, the comfort and peace that come from trusting that God’s ways are the best ways are far better.
My daughter is due for a cesarean delivery soon. I’ve made her up a surgery remedy kit and a jar of calendula salve. I’m so grateful for the medical technology the Lord is using to bring about a safe delivery for my daughter and her daughter.
I have also made her a Mother and Baby kit for her postpartum season. You can find the booklet for that HERE. It has 25 of the most needed remedies for delivery recovery and the brand new infant. I have made several of these little kits and have heard that they are a favorite gift of new moms.
